Nestled in the rolling hills of the Southern Highlands, Sugarbush Studio & Flora is a vibrant new creative hub offering printmaking workshops, original artworks, and the beginnings of a sustainable flower farm — all set on a working Suffolk sheep stud.

Founded by artist Phoebe Middleton and her partner Don Reid, Sugarbush is a celebration of creativity, nature, and the joy of making. Phoebe’s bold, joyful linocut prints and floral styling reflect a deep connection to her surroundings and a passion for storytelling through art. Her background as an animation designer and graphic artist, combined with a decade of workshop experience at Sturt, Australia’s pioneering design centre, informs the immersive, hands-on experiences offered at Sugarbush.

Together, Phoebe and Don have cultivated a space that values slowing down, creating with one’s hands, and appreciating the beauty of the everyday.
