Payment Options

You can choose to pay in three parts - Pay AUD$1,500 deposit on booking, $1,500 before 1 May 2026, final balance before 1 July 2026, OR you can pay the full course fee of AUD$4,500 up front. 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 1 May 2026: Full refund

Cancellations between 1 May and 1 July 2026: Refund less $1,100 to cover committed costs.

Cancellations after  1 July 2026: Refunds only if the course is cancelled or another student fills your place.

Friday 4 Sept: Orientation Day - Meet at Il Bisonte for a welcome to the studio, a visit to the gallery, and a walk to the Art Shop. Welcome Celebration in the Evening

Sat/Sun: Free weekend to explore

Mon 7 Sept: Workshop day 1 - Studio time 10-4 pm with one hour break for lunch

Tues 8 Sept: Workshop day 2

Wed 9 Sept: Half-day walking tour with an expert Art historian 

Thur 10 Sept: Workshop day 3

Fri 11 Sept: Workshop day 4

Sat/Sun: Free to explore

Mon 14 Sept: Workshop day 5

Tues 15 Sept: Workshop day 6

Wed 16 Sept: Half-day Italian Cooking experience

Thur 17 Sept: Workshop day 7

Fri 18 Sept: Final day of workshop and evening celebration
